IndiaMail.org provides dynamic developer DNS checkup utilities, temporary disposable email generator routing interfaces, anonymous transmission relays, and related productivity suites. All services are provided “as is” without any warranty of uptime, delivery rate, or message persistence. Temporary inboxes automatically expire and wipe incoming metadata to protect user privacy.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Actions

You agree to use our utilities solely for legitimate, legal testing, personal security, and standard operational needs. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Send, transmit, or coordinate spam, unsolicited bulk commercial messaging (UCE), or unsolicited marketing letters.
• Commit, coordinate, or facilitate phishing scams, financial frauds, identity thefts, or misleading brand spoofing campaigns.
• Coordinate automated bulk registrations (bots) designed to exploit third-party web portals or terms.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals, or transmit harmful, defamatory, or obscene payloads.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on the Website are provided on an “as is” basis. IndiaMail.org makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall IndiaMail.org, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, operational downtime, failed deliverability, or business interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use the services, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The Website integrates third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense, Adsterra, etc.) and external links. IndiaMail.org does not review or endorse the content of linked sites or ad payloads. 7. User Accounts, API Keys & Subscriptions

When you generate an API key or create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all actions performed under your key. IndiaMail reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend API keys that generate anomalous traffic, exceed subscription quotas, or violate fair use boundaries. Subscription payments made via decentralized networks are non-refundable, and you are responsible for executing payments using the correct blockchain networks and assets.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Website, generated inboxes, or API interfaces at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Accounts associated with spam activities, phishing domains, or excessive API rate limit abuse will be permanently suspended, and associated active subscriptions will be forfeited with no liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless IndiaMail.org, its operators, developers, and licensing partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any third-party right or terms.

10. Governing Law & Amendments

Any claim relating to IndiaMail.org shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to amend, edit, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior announcement. By continuing to access our services after updates are published, you consent to the revised terms.
